The right of withdrawal applicable to contracts concluded at a distance and off premises are governed by Articles L121-21 to L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.
The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the order. No refund can be made if the product is returned defective and/or out of its original packaging. Reimbursement will be made only after receipt of the product and verification of its condition.
